Russia deploys troops along European border, threatens US, UK

US Vice President Kamala Harris has said that Russia's deployment of troops along the Polish border is a serious mistake made by Vladimir Putin.

US Vice President Kamala Harris, in a press conference with French President Emmanuel Macron, warned Russia that the eyes of the whole world, including European countries and the United States, are on the border between Belarus and Poland, where Moscow's actions took less than a day. This has created a situation of war.

It is to be noted that thousands of migrants have gathered on the border of Belarus and Poland who a few days ago attacked the forces stationed on the border of Poland to enter Europe. After all these statements, tensions escalated when Russia and Belarus began joint military exercises on the Polish border yesterday. The exercises are taking place just 20 miles from where the migrants gather on the Polish border.

Possibilities of war with Russia increased, British Army Chief

Britain's army chief, General Nick Carter, has said in response to recent tensions that, unlike the Cold War of the past, there is a risk of a formal war with Russia. He said that now there is no opportunity for talks and the scale of the patience of the western countries has also been exhausted.

Following tensions between Russia and the West, Moscow has sent thousands of troops, tanks and heavy equipment to the Polish border, prompting Polish Defense Minister Maris Belechk to say that the deployment of troops on the border with Belarus and Russia's Military action could turn into an armed conflict, with the Russian president taking full responsibility.

US intelligence has also sent pictures of Russian troops stationed in Europe's border areas to Western countries, saying an attack on Russia was now inevitable.
