When Donald Trump gave the same baseball ball to the child after signing
A humorous video posted online shows former US President Donald Trump accidentally hitting a child on the head with a baseball ball during a World Series match.
The former US president watched a baseball match between the Atlanta Brewers and the Houston Astros in Atlanta, the capital of the US state of Georgia. He was sitting in an outdoor suite with his wife, Melania, at the time.
In the video shared by ou loupastore27 on Tik Tak, a fan is seen bouncing towards his baseball player Donald Trump in the hope that he will sign it.
Trump grabbed the ball and asked the intelligence agent for a pen so he could sign the ball. He then bounced the ball back which the child failed to catch and it landed on his head.
According to the online newspaper TMZ, the child was not injured in the incident but he was able to make some money because baseball signed by Trump sells for thousands of dollars. Trump has previously talked about his hobbies and skills in the game of baseball.
He wrote in 2004: "I was thought to be a professional baseball player. I was the captain of the baseball team at the New York Military Academy. I worked hard like everyone else but I had the potential. "
The former US president watched the fourth match of the World Series just a few months after the demand for a boycott of the Major League Baseball franchise, along with fans of the Bruce franchise, organized a controversial game, Tomahawk Chop.
The Brewers beat the Astros in six matches to win the World Series for the first time in 26 years.
